All products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partners. Because each item is custom-made, please allow time for production before shipment.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier:

United States: 3–7 business days after production
Canada: 5–15 business days after production
International: 10–30 business days after production

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Legacy Wealth Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to resolve the issue.
