At Legacy Wealth Society, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Sizing

Please review all sizing charts carefully before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing
